We have been licensed by the Law Society as an approved Lexcel assessment body and have carried out Lexcel assessments for over 7 years, helping many legal practices to achieve Lexcel certification.

· We are also licensed by Investors in People (UK) to manage their assessment process in the East Midlands, and there are significant overlaps between this and the Lexcel assessment, making joint assessment very appealing to many of our customers.

· Unlike most assessment bodies, EMQC does not charge you until we have carried out your assessment. We offer these deferred terms due to our confidence in delivering you exactly what we promise.

Any support you may need is only a phone call away and we will keep in regular contact with you to let you know how your assessment is progressing. Furthermore, we will not just abandon you once your assessment is over. Regular newsletters and customer service phone calls will ensure that you are always up to date with developments in the assessment process.
