This is the national Standard which sets out a level of good practice for training and development of people to achieve business goals. The result of assessment is that it focuses the company on ensuring its people are motivated and trained to do what the organisation needs them to do. EMQC is responsible for the accreditation of organisations against the Investors in People (IiP) standard within the East Midlands region. Once awarded, Investors in People is due for review at least every three years, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement. Further information can be found on the Investors in People website.
