First and foremost, EMQC Ltd are flexible to your needs. We have no strict path that you must follow towards your certification. Instead, in collaboration with your organisation we will establish the best way for you to progress and present your evidence for your assessment. After all, you are the customer and this is a business improvement standard, not an examination.

Unlike most assessment and organisational improvement bodies, EMQC does not invoice you until we have carried out your assessment. We offer these deferred terms due to our confidence in delivering exactly what we promise.

EMQC have over 15 years of assessment and advisory support experience. During this time we have developed an unrivalled understanding of customer needs and built an employee database that includes only the best assessors.

EMQC make sense. The nature of assessment against standards means that a lot of acronyms and jargon are in use throughout the sector. We do all we can to eliminate the confusion this can cause, and explain everything in terms that are both useful and translatable to your business.

EMQC keep you in the loop. Once you show an interest in working towards assessment, we are here for you. Any support you may need is only a phone call away and we’ll keep in regular contact with you to let you know how your assessment is progressing. Furthermore, we will not just abandon you once your assessment is over. Regular newsletters, events and customer service phone calls will ensure that you are always up to date with developments.
